DATASERV HIRES NEW V.P. OF SALES AND MARKETING

DataServ, the leading on-demand service provider of document management, workflow and F&A outsourcing solutions, announces that Victoria Holmes has stepped into the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Holmes will oversee DataServ's sales and marketing operations which include growing the sales staff and expanding marketing efforts. Victoria has more than 20 years experience in technology products and consulting services and has provided guidance to a variety of companies, large and small, with both domestic and international operations. Holmes holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Drury University and an MBA with concentrations in Marketing and IS Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Prior to joining DataServ, Holmes was Executive Vice President of SBS Alliance Group and has held senior executive roles at various public and private technology firms including EPIQ Systems, NuParadigm and Intercard.
