DATASERV HIRES NEW CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

DataServ, the leading hosted service provider of document management, workflow and outsourcing solutions, announces that Reneé Ross has accepted a newly created position of Client Relationship Manager. Ross will oversee DataServ's Client Service operations which include handling of all support issues, training and Client communications. Reneé has over 15 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable and Client Support activities, serving in managerial capacities for the last ten years. Her diverse business and managerial background makes Reneé a valuable leader in DataServ's Client Service. Ross is a graduate of both Lindenwood University and University of Missouri-St. Louis where she recently earned her MBA.

Prior to joining DataServ, Ross was Manager of the Central Processing Center at General Electric Commercial Distribution Finance where she directed accounts payable, accounts receivable and client support process activities for GE's Center of Excellence. Reneé has also held a variety of managerial and support roles at Deutsche Financial Services, ITT Commercial Finance and NationsCredit.
