DataServ's Patrick Graves Speaks at Sony's Annual Credit Conference

St. Louis, MO - July 20, 2005 - Patrick Graves, marketing manager for DataServ, the leading provider of Document-Centric™ solutions, spoke at Sony Corporation's annual Credit Conference in Santa Monica, CA on July 19, 2005.

In his presentation, Graves introduced many of the newest technologies available to help Credit and Collections departments manage disparate data and documents to drive improved cash flow. One of the most compelling is the "Proactive POD" solution, currently being leveraged by Sony's Pictures Entertainment division, which allows an organization to bundle copies of a proof of delivery (POD) along with invoices sent to customers, thereby assuring rapid collections and minimizing disputes.
